We offer the following services at no cost to the conventions.

Workshop Recording

We offer mobile recordings of workshops. Recordings are offered in the following formats:

  • Standard CD
  • MP3 CD (only available through mail order)

Duplication Services

We offer the following duplication services.

  • On-site duplication for standard CD’s
  • Mail order service (shipping and handling charges apply)

Convention Partner Programs

Basic Plan

  • The Convention will receive a complimentary set of all recorded workshops.
  • All speakers may obtain a complimentary copy of their own workshop.**

Basic + Coupon Plan

  • The Convention will receive a complimentary set of all recorded workshops.
  • All speakers may obtain a complimentary copy of their own workshop.**
  • Convention may give out a limited number of “buy one get one free” coupons to attendees. This program is great for use in generating interest in pre-registration and volunteering.

Basic + Voucher Plan

  • The Convention will receive a complimentary set of all recorded workshops.
  • All speakers may obtain a complimentary copy of their own workshop.**
  • Conventions may give out vouchers for a free CD to attendees. The Convention is responsible for paying for the CD’s purchased with vouchers. However, Audio G will invoice the Convention at a significantly reduced rate.++ This program is great for use in generating interest in pre-registration and volunteering.

  • The Convention will receive a complimentary set of all recorded workshops.
  • All speakers may obtain a complimentary copy of their own workshop.**
  • For larger Conventions (approximately 800 or more attendees) where sales exceed $2,500.00 the profit sharing program is available. For more details please email us a request for a quote.+

* Price varies depending on the number of workshops at the event.
** Limit one free copy per workshop, additional copies can be purchased at a reduced price. Speakers must request their free copy at our booth during the event.
+ All requests for a quote must include your Event name, sponsoring organization name, and coordinator/contact name.
